Your license to use Deepflow

Deepflow ("the app") is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of it is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Standard EULA grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Deepflow on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.

The free app and Deepflow Pro

The Deepflow countdown timer and stopwatch are free to use. Deepflow Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks the full focus toolkit (advanced stats, goals, session tags, history export, and more). It is offered as:

• an auto-renewable subscription — monthly or yearly, each with a free introductory trial; or
• a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. See the Support page for steps.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
• Current pricing is always shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy; prices may change with notice for future purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any rights granted to you under the Standard EULA or applicable law.
